I reached out to The Hue today to schedule a tour, I spoke with Macy and I received some of the best customer service. She was personable and made me feel comfortable. Prior to scheduling a tour for me, she made sure that the community offered every thing I was looking for in an apartment. Potential residents are being deceived by the management before moving in. They are being told the loading dock door has been down for only a few weeks but The loading dock doors to move in are broken and they have been broken for well over 5 months with no timeline provided from management on being fixed. This problem has been a huge issue for everyone. This property is located on an extremely busy street and this makes the move in/move out process almost impossible. The Hue is a beautiful place. The management is one thing I would say needs changes. I had a friend leave a $1,200 jacket at the front desk and I would have been back there to pick it up in 1 hour. I was told management might of threw it away because she had an attitude coming into work that morning. Of course maybe I should’ve left a expensive jacket at the front desk for me to retrieve it in one hour but wow.
