Absolute worse experience I have ever had renting! Unprofessional, rude, terrible follow up when I lived there! I moved out of One of the penthouse apartments and still have not gotten my security deposit back... it’s been 6 weeks. Naomi is ignoring my calls and emails. Whenever I call, someone tells me that shes “ too busy to talk”. I would never recommend living here to anyone. Really unprofessional staff. Leanna didn't do her homework and look in the system to see my lease didnt end for another 6 months but she thought I as moving out. When I tried to explain this to her she cursed at me, slammed the door in my face. The staff won't answer the phone when they're in the office. Amanda the manager refused to help residents with the noise complaints. I had to go to the manager Amanda 7 times in 2 days to push her to reverse a mistake wherein the system charged me 3 months of rent in 1 month. The list... read more

Run run run. Avoid the fancy marketing and broken promises. This place is truly a dump! They do not enforce community rules and refuse to fix broken amenities. Penthouse apartments have to deal with noisy elevators and constant raw sewage odors. This place is lipstick on a pig. Residents have left early under NDA’s. Not worth the money. It is my opinion the owner is a slum lord.
