Good dentist. Horrible predatory insurance practices. This office did not disclose to my wife that our daughter's care would be out of network. Thanks for the surprise $267 bill, don't go here.
Dr. Chen was biased against my disabled sister who is wheelchair bound. After I notified his staff, while setting up the appointment, about her disabilities, they assured me it wouldn't be an issue. But it was a completely different story when we arrived. He took one look at my sister and decided he wasn't going to treat her. Instead, he indirectly told me (through the insurance) that it would be best if she were to go to a Special Needs Dentist. Shame on Dr. Chen and his staff for being prejudice.
