I've had a much better experience at ICON than at other optical stores I've visited. Peter and Alex were both incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. They helped identify some additional adjustments needed for my prescription, offered me a free trial of contact lenses, and even took the time to help with two pairs of glasses I had bought overseas. My experience of Icon Eyewear was great considering I walked in for the first time to pick up my husbands glasses and Michael happened to walk out at that point and see me with my 18month old son and just from his hello he saw an issue with my sons eye sight and addressed me to book him in for a eye check!! I’m grateful as I would not have known which helped me to act on it and get him checked!! It’s a great friendly place and they are very efficient in their work and very well organised!! I highly recommend Icon Eyewear!’
