I'm very saddened to see how quickly the quality of customer service has declined since Icon Eyewear's doors first opened. Its disappointing that there is a lack of accountability and a passive-aggressive attitude when the staff are called out for their mistakes. Further to your comment: if by caring you're referring to denying the original appointment time confirmed and heard by two people at my end, then selectively changing the time without confirmation with the customer, then telling me that i did not turn up to the agre... read more
