It was a very busy day in the clinic and we waited an extreme amount of time to see the doctor. That’s a clinic issue I believe, not the doctor. Once the doctor entered, however, he was friendly, professional, caring, and did not rush us. He was efficient but not at the cost of the patient evaluation. We left hopeful and heard.
The staff at the desks where you check in could be a little bit more friendlier and understanding at times. But I know they're trying their best and there's always room for adjustment and Improvement. But I most definitely recommend these eye doctors they're excellent at what they do.
