The surgery went great! It is the after care appointments that are a joke...I have to travel 1.5 hours to see them. One day I was running 15 minuets late I called 10 min before my apt. to try to let them know and they were already closed! I got hung up twice that day.when I finally was able to reach a doctor he told me he would find my doctor and have him call me. I couldn't be happier with the good people @ ICON - Loveland... from the 1st no cost/no pressure appointment where I learned what could actually be done to correct my vision.. to being informed on what to expect .. to the super easy operation and all the follow ups.. these folks are top notch.. affordable (with options to pay if you need them) .. cost about as much as contacts for a year for new glasses.... If you think your eyes are too bad or you can't afford it, at the very least find out for sure with the free evaluation... read more
I was very, very scared and all.of the staff was extra nice to me. Dr. Campbell is very sweet! The whole thing took about 3 minutes. I could see better the same day. Price is half of what other places are charging. Overall...I would recommend ICON to anyone! 5stars!!!
Well I was pretty nervous. I had my consultation on Thursday and they could get me in on Saturday. So before I chickened out I did it. A minute and a half per eye. The dr was calm and talked me through it the entire way. He was great. I didn't have a strong RX to begin with. But when I walked out after my surgery with my RX sunglasses on I didn't need them anymore. I took a nap and when I woke up I had 20/20 vision. Well priced and they were great w me. I had both my eyes done here April 2013. Love the staff and the doctors! The surgeon was so calming and had great "bedside manner"! I was nervous and my eyes would not go back down from dilating and he was joking with me and trying to help keep me calm. When it was all said and done, I am so thankful I went through with it! Wish I would have done it sooner!!
