They are frauds/scammers! In early 2022, they made an accounting/billing mistake by charging me twice for the same screening/cleaning service by claiming that I have done exactly the same thing at two different locations on the same day. I called my insurance company and got clarification of everything and then contacted Icon Dental, asking them to correct their mistake. Dr. Larissa is awesome. Been going there with the whole family for some time. Yesterday she got me in same day, got me a referral for the same day for a root canal and then back today for follow up work. I can always count on Icon to bail me out of my severe dental neglect
