I'm a lifelong recreational contact sports player who for 40+ years has been mostly injury free. Suddenly, nearing 50 yrs, the knee hurts, the hip is tight, and even walking bothered me to the extent that my kids asked why I'm limping. I've been visiting Icon Chiropractic for almost 3 years now and I've made considerable improvements gradually. My episodes of headaches are less frequent now which brought positive changes in my daily activities. The precise spine adjustments have been helping with the neck and back-pain providing me great relief along with increased mobility. It's a step by step process which took constant efforts. I'll keep visiting and hoping for a long-term solution for my spine issues.

ICON is great! I came to them after seeing an orthopedic doctor for knee pain. Ortho couldn’t help me but ICON did. My knee feels better than original, we have been working in my back and neck and going to also do a nutritional consult. I have lived with pain forever that I just assumed its how your body feels as you get older (46), but they have proven to me that is not the case as I definitely feel better overall since going there.
