Cancer treatment is never going to be an overly pleasant experience but the friendly and competent staff soften the experience. From the moment you enter the premises the stalf are friendly and responsive even eager to help from reception to treatment. It quite a personalised experience. If you have the displeasure of having to go through cancer treatment, private treatment via the Icon Cancer Centre at Revesby softens the experience
I have been attending Icon Revesby for 5 years and am always greeted by name by the friendly reception staff. The other staff for chemo, radiation and specialists go a long way to make your treatments as comfortable as possible. Would and always do recommend coming here for your treatment.
I’d love say a few words about my experience with my treatment that I have been receiving here for the last 5 weeks. I really appreciated the service of every nurse and every person on duty in that centre. They were very hospitable, Diligent and super caring towards me and my condition. I loved being there and waiting to be there every day of my treatment because I felt so comfortable and looked after during my treatment. Icon Cancer Centre Revesby is a place that cares deeply about the holistic health and wellbeing of their patients. My grandma is very dear to me. I accompanied her to one of her treatment appointments. Dr Mohsen Shafiei takes great care and time to help us navigate this difficult time.
