My family cannot express how professional and caring the team is, particularly the therapists, receptionists, and radiation oncologist. These people are angels. They go above and beyond to provide exceptional care to the patients and their families. The therapists don't just strive to provide care, but always put smile on patients' faces. Thank you so much, and please keep up your good work, as a smile and appropriate patient care go a long way when it comes to having cancer.

I can’t thank the lovely staff at Icon Cancer Centre for their care, professionalism and love. We have always been treated with respect and care from the first day we walked through the doors. The messages of hope and support on the walls really does inspire and give you confidence to push through what may be a difficult time. The staff at Icon are amazing and the facilities are wonderful here. Thank you to the wonderful Concord team

I was an outpatient for the Icon Cancer Centre, and had seen multiple clinicians over a matter of months. Specifically Dr Gazelle and Dr Anu, weren't willing to disclose key information in relation to treatment, and were pushy for treatment outside of their core specialties. They were also dismissive to my family situation and refused to refer my matter to a more local practice, where I would require several weeks of treatment.
