Awful! This was done at the Newbury Park Location. Bald spots cut into the hair of someone who isn’t bald, comb over left to cover hack job, bald spot cut into the hairline, patches of long hair left on one side of his head and a butchered neck line. Refunded money but the barber couldn’t have cared less about the absolute crap job done.
My son gets his hair cut by Jose. He is very nice, professional & makes sure we are satisfied before my son gets out of that chair. I highly recommend Jose & Icon Barber Company!! ��
Mike does an awesome job on my son's hair. We leave happy every time we come. I enjoy the banter between the barbers while waiting for my son. I watch the other barbers, and they're always checking in with their customers during the haircut, to make sure they're happy.

My husband first went in as a walk in and Ezekiel took him. Great guy. They talked about our son who is autistic and he agreed to try and cut his hair without even meeting him. He talked to him and did a great job on his hair. Thank you.
