Apartments are decent, but their staff is ridiculous. Their maintenance men sleep with multiple tenants, starting issues all over the property. When the property manager was informed of this situation, nothing was done. Work orders take forever to get done. Finally, anytime you go into the office, you never know if you will actually get any help because there is always one of the office staff's constant dramas going on. I lived there about two and half years in two different units. The first unit was 1b1b at building 10, which was good except the train noise from the other side of the highway, but it didn’t bother me. The second unit was a 2b2b in building 7. When I first moved in, the main bedroom had really bad vibration noise from upper and lower floor. If I turned on the fan, it got even worse.
