I lived there about two and half years in two different units. The first unit was 1b1b at building 10, which was good except the train noise from the other side of the highway, but it didn’t bother me. The second unit was a 2b2b in building 7. When I first moved in, the main bedroom had really bad vibration noise from upper and lower floor. If I turned on the fan, it got even worse. I pay 1500 dollars a month. I’m a disabled veteran. Im on medicine that makes me sensitive to the heat. This is what 1500 dollars gets me at the icons.
Derek seems to be the only maintenance person for the whole complex. Issues go a month or more without being resolved. Apartment is nice but the only one worth anything in the office is Monica. Derek is great but he can’t keep up. If something breaks, you’re screwed
