Derek seems to be the only maintenance person for the whole complex. Issues go a month or more without being resolved. Apartment is nice but the only one worth anything in the office is Monica. Derek is great but he can’t keep up. If something breaks, you’re screwed

Love the staff, especially Maintenance
Would NOT recommend anyone rent here. We have had a roach problem for weeks. They do a rotation spray every few weeks and we have had a professional come in to treat the apartment. You have to pack up all of your stuff and the kitchen is un-useable. After two weeks we are still finding roaches. We have never found a dead roach, so clearly the “treatment” is ineffective.
