Overall, this community is a great place to live. The environment is pleasant, and the apartments themselves are solid minus the fact that my apartment shakes every time a train goes by. Wish I would’ve know that sooner before I signed my lease. However, there are a few issues that have made my experience less than perfect. The biggest downside is the mandatory media package, which costs $99 on top of rent. The thing that I didn’t like was the fact that 7 birds entered my place through the stove/microwave vent. The birds were removed but they kept coming in.
Absolutely loved living here! It’s an amazing community, the staff is wonderful, and my unit was incredible. Hoping to come back someday ◡̈
