I lived here after I moved to Utah. This is a really nice place to live, convenient, quiet and friendly neighborhood. ICO team respond email and messages in time and their maintenance team figure out any issues as soon as they can. If you live here, you do not need to worry about any utilities, just pack your packages. Previously, I need to connect with internet provider, electric server, for here, ICO provided extremely high speed internet, you just need to go to your portal and pay the fees. Moved here after college and I really enjoyed my stay! Management was always pretty helpful and the apartments were in great condition. The reasons why I recommended living here: 1. Management is very friendly 2. Maintenance requests are handled very fast 3. Very clean area 4. Really nice amenities 5. Reasonable price 6. Walls are thick 7. Safe area The only reason I cancelled my lease was because I accepted a job offer in another state.
I recently moved into ICO Station Parkway, and I genuinely cannot emphasize enough how amazing the staff, community, and amenities have been. The property is beautiful, everything feels accessible, and the overall environment has been incredibly welcoming. Residents regularly say hello, make conversation, and genuinely take the time to connect, which makes the community feel like home very quickly.
