If you value comfort or sleep, do not live at ICO Station. This has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. The buildings are right next to the railroad, and trains pass all night and early morning. Every time one goes by, it’s loud enough to jolt me awake and the whole building shakes like it's an earthquake. I never get a full night of rest. Very disappointed with the build quality at ICO Station. Even though these are rentals, the construction feels extremely cheap. The windows and doors are very thin, and there’s a constant draft, especially during colder weather. Because of the poor insulation, you’ll overpay for electricity just to keep the place comfortable. For a newer community, this level of quality is unacceptable. It feels like corners were cut during construction. I wouldn’t recommend this place if comfort and energy efficiency matter to you.
