Lived here for 6 months now. While the amenities are amazing & maintenance staff is friendly and quick, I do have some items that have not been so great living here. My mom has worked for ivory homes for 30 years now. She toured the community & apartment with me back in august 2024. The gal who toured us the community was friendly but lied to us about specific pricing details for moving in. Straight up, I asked very specific questions about pricing details & fees. I’m from out of state and I’ve been blown away by the fees these complexes charge here. This place in particular. Anyway, I’ve had valet trash before. It’s a scam. Who wants to walk by the neighbors stinky trash every day?
We love our new place here. Jenni and Kaitlind were wonderful and very helpful with our move. Our best living experience in the SLC area.
