Great community and management We have really enjoyed our experience with ICO Ridge. The community is modern, clean, and classy. The location is ideal. The property is attended to with vigor, which I appreciate. The management, especially Cricket, has been kind, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
We moved from Australia and the process of applying for and receiving approval for a unit was so smooth, thanks to the help of the Leasing Office. We are so close to so many amenities, shops, schools and parks. Maintenance issues are rare but resolved so quickly. Amenities within the apartment are fantastic, including a gym, pool and tennis courts.
Great fitness center, huge indoor tennis facility, and the condos are spacious! Check ICO Ridge out for sure!
Helpful Community Staff! The community is beautiful, the layouts are large, and the staff are helpful with anything I have needed!

Love, love, love The Lofts! Spacious apartment, great location, and love having access to the tennis court and swimming pool. Devin in the office is top notch customer service! Defiantly recommend anyone living here.
The Lofts at Ivory Ridge really care about what they are providing their residents. It's a quiet community and with a clubhouse just across the street with indoor tennis and fitness classes, I don't know why someone wouldn't live here! Definitely stop by and take a look for yourself why they are so amazing.
