I lived there for a year. The best thing about the apartment complex is the location. You can't beat that. The grounds are kept well.The young man in charge of maintenance was always on it. He did a very good job. There were issues with owners not picking up after their dogs, but that was not management's fault. Walking on the grass at night, was at your own risk due to what the dogs left behind. Management put out various stations with bags so that you could pick up after your dog, but some dog owners were not responsible. ... read more
Whose head of maintenance goes the extra mile filling over a dozen floatys for flick-n-float night....just because....OURS! Pat is always going the extra mile for us here at Orchard Farms. It is a beautiful place to live and amenities are great but none of it would be worth a hill of beans if not for the stellar staff. Thank you Pat and Carrie for all you do for us. With a job change for my husband we were selling and moving to Utah and decided for the first time to rent. Having never rented before we were more than skeptical but knew this would be the best option. We decided on the Residences at Orchard farms but not before looking at many other places. We have really enjoyed living at Orchard Farms, the staff is really friendly and open to suggestions, the community is beautiful and well maintained and the amenities are perfect for the area. We chose Orchard farms because of all of the above as well as the proximity to everything from restaurants and grocery stores to proximity to the freeway.
Don't bother cleaning the apartment when you move out. Their policy is to hire cleaners even if the apartment is clean. (They will charge you for the cleaners).
