I have been a resident at Ico Monteval for 2 years. In that time I have lived in two different units and have seen two different property managers. So if anybody is qualified to leave a review it is me. The living experience overall is good. Jeff the maintenance guy is the shining star. HOWEVER, about a week ago I was woken up to worms crawling all over me in my bed. After doing some investigating at 1 am I discovered that they were coming from the common areas below me.
