RecommendedI have lived at ico monteval since 2017. They have been super understanding, even when I was living with a toxic roommate who refused to pay rent. Jeff, the maintenance guy has always been helpful and immediately responded to my service requests. We also have two dogs and they have made us so comfortable and have been accepting! The property manager Paula, has consistently been a friend whenever I have to go to the office and I couldn't be luckier to have been a resident for so long! I have been a resident at Ico Monteval for 2 years. In that time I have lived in two different units and have seen two different property managers. So if anybody is qualified to leave a review it is me. The living experience overall is good. Jeff the maintenance guy is the shining star. HOWEVER, about a week ago I was woken up to worms crawling all over me in my bed. After doing some investigating at 1 am I discovered that they were coming from the common areas below me. Excellent staff & maintenance. Awesome amenities. Well built apartments with noise reduction, high ceilings, and beautiful touches throughout. Community events like grilling 101 with samples. Clean pool, great gym, lodge to get away for hot coco by the fireplace and free printing. Park for the kids. Doggie bag stations throughout. Friendly neighbors. It’s been a great experience for us living here. We would highly suggest it!
Been here for one day thus far, and we have had nothing but great experiences! Great neighbors, communicative office staff, and solid amenities. Would highly recommend—even though it’s a bit pricey.
Convenient location. Awesome maintenance staff.
Moved out back in September. Granted, I was breaking my contract, but there was over $800 of hidden fees, carpet cleanings, utilities even after I’d moved out, etc. To make matters worse, the staff were IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of, and totally unhelpful and incapable. DON’T EVEN BOTHER.
