It's good ice cream. It is chocolate shoppe ice cream but they do have a bunch of different flavors
I dropped by for the first time last week and had a wonderful experience, the team member taking my order was incredibly friendly and kind! However, when I returned today (09/15), I had a completely different experience. The gentleman with the ponytail was quite rude and informed me that Red Bull Fusions are only served in a small size. I usually order a large (24 oz) Blue Hawaiian with coconut, so paying nearly $10 for a small drink that didn't taste right was really disappointing given my great first impression
Love the decor, the ice cream was delicious, and our server was on top of it!
I came this morning for a cold brew coffee to go, someone ordered a bunch of food in the drive thru lane and there was one barista working. She was swamped with 5 other customers inside and was unable to get the orders done in a reasonable time (not her fault). She needs support, and another person for the rush. I had her put my drink on the pass it on board because I had to leave to make it to work on time. Please support your staff during rush times or train on how to efficiently work on multiple orders at once.
