My family and I love this place! We go every week to get cupcakes, cheesecake, brownies, and even the occasional cookie. Everything always looks and tastes wonderful, and they are very creative in terms of different flavors. The customer service is top-notch, as well. We love talking to Emily and Dana, and they are always super-accommodating when we have special requests or when we (often) ask them to hold things for us. Icing Cafe is a wonderful place for desserts. Our favorites are the All Chocolate and Salted Caramel cupcakes, and our kids LOVE the cake pops!
They completely screwed up my sisters order for nephews 1st birthday and told her it's not their problem!!! So disappointed- Federhofers Bakery however saved the day!
Emily made a phenomenal cake for my dad's birthday and he was SO IMPRESSED! When she asked what kind of things he liked I mentioned mountains and that he and my mom had recently taken an Alaskan cruise and land tour which he loved. Emily created an Alaskan theme for his birthday cake and he LOVED IT! When he saw it, he immediately said "Alaska! That's awesome!"
