Icing made our wedding cake and cupcakes in their much-loved salted caramel flavor. The wedding was outdoors and the buttercream icing held up in the unusual 90 degree heat. We received so many compliments on the taste. We were able to try several combinations of cake, filling, and icing at our tasting. Thank you to Emily and the others at Icing Cafe for their delicious creations.
