Got my ears pierced at Icing and chose a pair of $40 sterling silver earrings. 30 days later, the "pearl" attached to the silver post fell off of one. The "pearl" on the other earring fell off in the next 10 days. After both had come off, I went back to the store with the receipt and earrings, and the employee said they don't reimburse after the first 30 days. Low quality earrings for the price they charge. Go to a salon to get your piercings and for better customer service.
