Great deal! Love them on my baby girl
Visited Claire’s while on vacation to get my daughter’s ears pierced. Raquel was the only associate in the store and was great. While she was busy when we entered, she still greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. She did great on my daughter’s ear piercing and her customer service was top tier.
Raquel was very friendly and explained the piercing process perfectly. I love my new earrings too!
Terrible experience. Took our 6 year old to get her ears pierced. 2 weeks later they’re both seriously infected. Took her to the doctor only to find out they pierced her ear with the baby-toddler size therefor it was to short and causing pain/issues. We took her back to get proper sizes and they offered no discount on the new earrings or apologies for idiotic error on their end of things. Horrible place to get jewelry. The workers have zero idea what they are talking about and they were no help to me whatsoever even after asking them questions. I bought a necklace, thinking it was going to be a cute, layered, pearl necklace like the worker said it would be. I opened it and tried it on and it fit like a choker and was very unflattering.
