After a failed attempt to get my daughters ears pierced at her doctor we decided to go to Claire’s. Raquel pierced my daughters ears with another coworker today and was amazing! She recognized right away how nervous my daughter was and was so kind but also knew they needed to do it quickly. She very quietly told her coworker “the quicker the better” and as soon as they had it lined up they did a quick count down and it was done! My daughter loves her piercings and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Brought our daughter here to get her first ear piercing done. Was in on a Saturday and Raquel was working the entire store on her own and rocked the entire experience! Along ensuring things were going well throughout the store she pierced our daughters ears while giving her attention, talking her and us through it and making it such a great experience!
