Horrible place to get jewelry. The workers have zero idea what they are talking about and they were no help to me whatsoever even after asking them questions. I bought a necklace, thinking it was going to be a cute, layered, pearl necklace like the worker said it would be. I opened it and tried it on and it fit like a choker and was very unflattering. I had a bag from icing and I left the store without buying anything, the worker left the store unattended to chase me down and accuse me of stealing bows from the store (which were in my icing bag that I walked in with!), very unprofessional and embarrassing for her. I will not be returning after this rude interaction.
We were so happy we chose Icing to get my daughter’s ears pierced. Elizabeth did a wonderful job! She was kind, easy to talk to, and she was very knowledgeable about the piercing process and after care. Thank you!
