Claire’s at the Westfield Mall is a really nice-sized store and fully stocked. They even have a $1 section, which was a fun surprise. This is definitely a great spot for the girlies. They have everything—St. Patrick’s Day accessories, cute little characters, nails, bracelets, necklaces, backpacks, headbands, and even candy. The store was fairly clean and organized. I came here this past week with my 6 year old daughter for her first ear piercing and I was so impressed by Jennifer. She accommodated us 30 min before our appointment and we needed that because it took quite a while to convince my daughter to go thru with it! She was clean, thorough in her explanations, kind, patient and empathetic. We got fantastic results (right on target and quick!) and we were all happy once we walked out. Terrible customer service. I don’t know how these rude women running the shop got their job. I was literally almost to the cash register and about to buy an item and checking out a detail on it and both of the women who work there immediately, in a very rude manner, said “you have to buy this. You’re not allowed to check it.” I stormed out after they mouthed rude comments in front of me and my daughter. They lost our business. Sad place
