If there was an option to put zero stars, I would. The service was horrible. The piercer was slow to the point. He ruined my daughter’s First experience getting her ears pierced. Will never be going back and will be telling everybody that I know. Why would you mess up a five-year-old First experience with getting her ears pierced is beyond me. I was came in trying to get my second hole pierced and a girl with split dye was the one helping me and kept trying to push for me to get a different earring piece then I wanted. When she did the dot alignment I told her the left side was needing to go a up and to left lil she told me it was straight and that my ears are crooked.
