I was came in trying to get my second hole pierced and a girl with split dye was the one helping me and kept trying to push for me to get a different earring piece then I wanted. I went to Icing's on Saturday morning, November 16. There was a lady working with redish orange hair with glasses that was there. SHE ABSOLUTELY HAS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! I WENT TO CHECK OUT AND PLACED MY ITEM AT THE REGISTER READY TO CHECK OUT. SHE DID NOT EVEN LOOK MY WAY , NOR ASKED HOW I WAS DOING OR ASKED ME TO WAIT. SHE CONTINUES LOOKED THRU HER PHONE AND ACTED AS IF I WAS INVISIBLE! I ended up just walking out of the store! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
