Went in for gray coverage, trim , blow dry and flat iron. I gave 2 stars because at least my grays got covered however I left with so much black color all over face and neck. I asked her to get as much off me as possible and she attempted for 2 min then handed me the towel and remover and told me to "keep trying myself". Yes I love going to salon to "do myself " . Spa Pedicure & manicure with Juliet. Love the Ichiban atmosphere and services. Juliet is amazing. She goes above and beyond, with helpful tips on how to maintain healthy nails between visits. Looking forward to other spa services.
A fantastic time at Ichiban Salon! I needed a touch up to my roots while away from home, and Lisa did a terrific job! It’s hard to find somewhere that uses the same brand of color and toner, but they had it! My stylist, Lisa, was wonderful! I also love that they have a bar so that I could relax and grab a drink (non-alcoholic or alcoholic) while my hair was processing. All in all a 5-star experience!
The staff at Ichiban are caring professionals. I've been a customer for 20 years. A tough moment for me was during my cancer battle. My stylist, Carmen, was so gentle and sweet when we shaved my head.
This place is wonderful! I had the full spa day experience and I can't recommend it enough. Absolute luxury at a very reasonable price (did plenty of comparison pricing). The staff is very kind and professional. If you are looking to be pampered like royalty, this is the best place to go. 10/10 I intend to make this a regular occurrence. Truly loved it.
