RecommendedDuring the weekday is the best time to go. It was our first time and won't be our last. Friendly service. My partner and I tried the Sake(alcohol) samplers. Watching the guy make the food was exciting and fun. They let you try to catch food in your mouth and squirt sake in your mouth too. Lol. The food was great. The pho was amazing. Very light broth, noodles were perfect, the beef was wonderful, and the vegetables were fresh and delicious.
We go to Ichiban for all of our birthdays. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly!
