Food is decent quality, as usual, but tonight's sushi chef is blatantly cutting corners--three different pieces of sashimi (all on the bottom) were so thin I could have read a newspaper through it. Service tonight is also sub-par--order not taken properly and when pointed out he still didn't fix it. Waiting longer than necessary because of the waiter's screw-up.
We celebrated my sister's 50th birthday at Ichiban. Very good experience. The chef put on a GREAT show, the waitress was very attentive and the food was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant.
