Excellent sushi but they could use some more help

Food is great. Being with friends and family there is always relaxed and special.
I was visiting from Florida and asked my friend if she had tried this place. She had not, so we decided to. Was excellent! I believe she will be making regular visits. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Virginia.
My husband and I have ate at 2 Japanese Steakhouses in ROA, our experience at Ichiban far exceeds the other that have previously frequented on many occasions. We were both extremely surprised and pleased with everything Ichiban offers. From our personalized service by owner/management, staff, waitstaff, and grill chef. I go there for lunch often and dinner occasionally I love it the owner is very nice and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome
