I was recommended to bring my Subaru here by someone who installed my Dashcam and I’m glad I found such a reliable, honest and friendly company to work on my car, they have always explained everything thoroughly to me when replacing parts and giving me option on different pricing I appreciate their honesty and customer service highly recommend ichiban
An unfortunately infuriating experience to say the least. Poor communication and so much time wasted. If you are that backlogged, DO NOT give us false hope and string customers along like this with lies and excuses, just be upfront and we would not have wasted our time. Had we been told from the get go they absolutely couldn't tell us when they'd be able to fit the car in, we would have gone elsewhere for the fix and came back for the tune.
