Waited 2 hours for food that was cold. The excuse for the wait was that the weather was cold which would be valid if you're riding a bicycle, but you're driving a car, so try again. I have been a regular customer, but this experience is making me re-think my patronage.

There was definitely an influx of orders (due to power outtage in the city) that affected this as well. The sushi rolls were ok although I thought I had a bit of paper towel in one bite. We also ordered rice noodles and they were vermicelli and I think scraps from other dishes were tossed in with ours. The waitress who waited on us was not very polite.

That being said, it is highly unlikely that you may have received a roll with paper towel in it -- it is possible that it was seaweed. Horrible customer service. Their employees/managers do not respect customers at all nor do they feel the need to compensate for their mistakes.

One of the worst Chinese deliveries I have ever had, but the workers were easily as mean

I have always drove pasted the restaurant telling myself I need to try them out! Today I finally tried it and OMG! So yummy! My kids were also happy because they had fries!
