Awful
There are very few Chinese restaurants in this area and this one is clearly the winner for taste, great customer service and for serving authentic Chinese dishes ( there is a separate menu, simply ask). Tiffany is the co-owner and she is awesome - The Benjamin family.
First visit...got attended after 20 minutes.. told we r new customer..didn't suggest...order what was other table eating plus other stuff...after 25 min got wrong order... told its wrong...didn't bother...left. anyway eat what was on table... never gona go back...
I have ordered from them multiple times and EVERY time there is a problem. They take an hour and a half to deliver, the drivers are rude. This last time was the final straw. Their driver went to a door in my building that is always locked. I gave him instructions to the main door and he did not follow those instructions, instead he went to an entirely different campus! I called the restaurant insetting on speaking to a manager and both managers were extremely rude.
I love this place honestly wayyy more than any other place in the area. Great for when you want to order in and NOT eat pizza lol Haven't been able to order for a while since my family binge ordered a lot, but now that I'm pregnant It's the is perfect excuse to order 👐 *Side note- I originally put two stars on accident and greatly apologize. I swiped quickly and thought I had put four and didn't even realize.
Love their sushi! I recommend the South Bend Roll and Twisted cake. So nice to have a place where I can get sushi and my kids can get sweet and sour chicken. And they have a drive thru😀
