I had really great experience here everytime I come here. Naomi, the manager, is always so attentive and welcoming. She is always coming to check on us to see what we need. The food I get always taste fresh. The volcano roll and titan roll are my favorite! It is my favorite. The staff are very nice. And the place is very inviting.
The food was so so and the service no were to be found. The rest room was backed up and they did not care. We will never eat there again it was that bad.
Horrible food today. Eel sauce tasted like straight up sugar and the rice tasted off. When asked if everything was okay I mentioned that the sauce was ridiculously sweet and it wasn’t that great. I tried to be nice and our waitress apologized. A few minutes later another waitress came back “so you didn’t like it?” A little taken aback I answered the same as I had before.
