The hostess and waitress were helpful, and the Neptune Roll was awesome.
The one in pensacola is AWESOME!! Great staff very friendly. And clean resturant!
The atmosphere is nice. Seating in an area sure could use improvement. When I went with family of 5. The business was busy. The menu item prices is about fair for the quality of food you consider. If my wallet was endless with money. I would eat there every day. I highly recommend.
I'm a bit of a sushi snob because I lived in Japan for many years. This place ROCKS!!! I eat there at least once a month.
The guy that you have at the front desk is pretty amazing! Not only did he take my complicated order like a champ, but his customer service was spot on! That kind of service keeps me a repeat customer, thank you!!
Food and service is Manhattan quality. Everything is done with artistic design and the flavors meld together perfectly. Staff is friendly and engaging. Prices are reasonable. You can have a very nice lunch and not spend a fortune. My favorite is the Bento Box. Although grand daughter had me finally try the Volcano sushi and it was great. They were very patient with picky eaters choosing which to leave in the sushi and which to leave out.
Their website is a complete mess. Seriously what??
