My family came to Ichetuknee 3 years ago and used ITC based on a personal reference. I brought back additional folks on a visit last summer and again used ITC due to great service. Today I led my Shirley Hills Baptist Church (Warner Robins, GA) youth trip on a GREAT tubing/swimming trip and again used ITC and experienced nothing but excellent SERVICE and ATTITUDE even though Ms Linda (correct???) was dealing with 5 church groups simultaneously this morning). This is the most fun slow moving river it's worth the 3 hour drive from Savannah. So if you are looking for a fun slow moving river go here.
Honestly, this woman was amazing. I enjoyed her friendly demeanor, great conversation, and honest opinions of the different tubing equipment, even when that meant she wasn't suggesting a higher ticketed item. This is the type of person we should all want to do business with. She was more concerned with us having a good time and coming back than making a few extra bucks. My daughter and I rented tubes here for our first time floating down this river and we had such a great experience. Tom was so helpful with assisting us select the right tubes for our day. He was friendly, fast and despite being crazy busy with the holiday weekend his customer service was top notch and lots of little insider tips for the float and springs. Great prices and easy in and out. Definitely will rent here again!
Linda knows her stuff... answered all my questions and always answered her phone... making it easy breezy for us! But hands down Tom is the best hard working guy I’ve ever seen! He got our 2 Double Kayaks plus 4 Seniors in the River like magic! Came the minute we called him when done ! Thank you Tube Center for a Fantastic day!
So much fun. And I thought tubing was fun in North Carolina. But this place is just as much fun maybe even more scenery is fabulous.
Best place ever to rent tubes. It is just up the street from ichetucknee springs. Huge variety of tubes and floating devices to choose from. The prices are very reasonable and the tubes are in great condition. The customer service was exceptional. They went above and beyond making our trip stress free. This was our first time using this tube center and it will not be our last.
