This is not the right company for you to work if you’re planning on applying. There’s no communication in the process hiring process. They’ll hire you at $18 an hour and in the offer letter at training time they want you to take a pay cut for minimum wage at $15.75 an hour before you get your regular $18 hourly rate once you’re done with your training. This place is a joke to work for! Treat payees like trash and I'd you get hurt at work it's not their fault. This is the only company that buys new vehicles every year sells them and pockets the money. Pau increases are less than a quarter and it's like they're doing you a favor. Seriously think twice a 504 company that should be investigated for its practices. A non profit agency is not suppose to turn a profit .
