Icepass offers some of the hottest saunas and coldest cold plunges around at competitive rates. The community is oriented around fitness, health and wellness — the kind of place that leaves you feeling energized and restored. They also host wellness pop ups and member exclusive events like yoga, breathwork classes and more.
IcePass is one of my favorite wellness spots in LA. The sauna and cold plunge combo is amazing! You leave feeling completely reset and energized. Love the tea station at the Paradiso location too! Perfect for recovery, stress relief, or just doing something good for your body. Highly recommend!
I’ve had nothing short of a wonderful experience at Ice Pass. Aryan ( owner) has been nothing short of super helpful in assisting signing up and answering any questions in the process. When you walk in, you immediately feel an atmosphere that accommodates a regulated nervous system with the Sauna and Cold plunge. The space is extremely clean, with hot tea, a variety of plants, a water machine, and a thriving community!
Coming here has been a great addition to my routine!
