I had such a nice experience at IcePass. I loved how the experience starts with guided breathwork and gratitude. It really helped ground into the moment. I also liked how we went back and forth from sauna to cold plunge, with our guide helping and encouraging us along the way. She timed us to make sure we were on track and spending the right amount of time in the sauna and cold plunge. Our experience ended with some time in the sun sipping tea.
