Sending in repair men as debt collectors is unprofessional especially when we are in contact with the manufacturer to get the work approved under warranty.
Where do I start with this 5-star review? First, when I called IceMakers last week they were honest about their workload. They said they'd try to fit our hotel into their schedule, so they showed up MUCH faster than I expected. The tech, DJ, absolutely 10/10. He evaluated my ice machine and answered several questions I had about it. He was great to talk to, and gave me solid information I didn't know. I've been with this company ,or was for over 25 years. Everything was fine until the last few years. I could never get service or an ontime appointment. I understand that it's hard to evaluate how long each case when your on a repair job,but after so many tries..schedule mine for the first of the morning,that way I know when it will start. They refuse to come and serviced the machine on a regular basis,which they did in the beginning.
