Visited last night for the first time, while seeing a couple of live bands. I enjoyed the venue and the menu for drinks/food wasn't bad looking. We were going to order more than just fries, but our server was so arrogant and rude, we decided not to bother. When we didn't order a bunch of items right away, he was just done with us. Didn't check on us often, didn't say thank you or anything when we kindly cashed our tabs out, so he could be cut to go home. Last Friday, my wife and close friends had reservations for 7:15 at Icehouse. I was excited to return to Icehouse with our friends, given my first time there was positive. Last Friday at Icehouse, the food was as satisfying; the entrees, the appetizers and our drinks were solid. Our rapport with our server was fun too.
