Normally I would have great things to say about iceberg, but my family went on my son Joshua's 16th birthday to get his birthday shake. They asked for his ID, what ID does a 16 year old have if he hasn't gotten his license yet. So we got ignored so we went to Arctic Circle instead. I don't understand we went there last year no problems, no asking for his ID. I guess he looks that much older but still. Very disappointing:(
Went to the Syracuse store got a giant melted mess of a shake and they managed to screw my order up despite being told once at the menu boar and once again at the window. When the girl handed me my shake she said "be careful it is kinda ( made a squishy sound) it got all over my car because it was melted when I received it what a joke. Won't be coming back
