We chose them over Burger King. I asked for a plain burger with ketchup and mustard with no cheese. The first time it came with cheese. That’s easy to fix. We went up to fix it. And the guy let 4 people go in front of us to fix it. Then it came out with no cheese and all the toppings. Like seriously how hard is it to get a simple order right. Next time definitely choosing Burger King.
So disappointed with your Fillmore, UT location. I had a 9 and a half hour drive and stopped there about 2 hours in to grab a quick bite. Waited in the drive-thru line for 20 min before finally getting to the menu, where I was then told it would be at least 20 minutes to get my food. Finally made it to the window after well over 30 minutes, to which the cashier charges me, then comes back to the window 10 minutes later and says she doesn’t know why it’s taking so long. The owner, Todd, personally delivered our food and was so outgoing and fun and added to the atmosphere of what we had hoped for. 😊 They even boxed all 25 orders individually and wrote all the special orders and names on each one and the accompanying shake. 😅 They spent almost 2 hours with me at the restaurant making sure we had all the orders and details of the delivery perfect and were so kind to my busy 2 year old running... read more
