Our experience was at the Syracuse location. Here I am pregnant having an ice cream craving. Nothing too crazy coconut, chocolate (light on the chocolate) and macadamia nut shake. The kid taking my order was clearly frustrated especially after I asked if there was anyway to get a smaller shake for my 3 year old (which I was told absolutely not.) They said it would be a 6 minute wait for a shake, almost 30 minutes later- no sign of our shakes. Very sad!
Just went to the Draper location off Bangerter and it was a bad experience. Had to repeat my entire order because the person taking it was giggling throughout. After driving away realized one of the milkshakes wasn't what was ordered and was a weird combo so no one wanted it. I have always liked Iceberg milkshakes but unlikely to try that location again for awhile...
