Went there to get a picture charm for my mother that past away and the picture was so blurry it was terrible. Then the guy looks at me and shrugs his shoulders like this is ok. No refund no redo no nothing and it’s bad service. Wish I would’ve went somewhere else so don’t make a mistake and shop here maybe cheap little items like earrings or something but for something important no sir
