The staffs knowledge and want to help others is beyond great. Any option I'm needing for my health goals etc they are there to guide me in the right direction. Exactly what Customer service is about.

Great smoothies, salads, soft tacos, and supplements! Knowledgeable staff and clean!!! Prices better than GNC too.
The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help every time I've ever had a question. Not to mention their chicken tacos are amazing!!! Very fortunate to have this business right next to my house. Keep up the good work guys!
I had my first experience here a few days ago and it was absolutely amazing. Destinee walked me through all the smoothies and food options which helped because I've just started training and needed some guidance. I highly recommend this place for everything healthy. What I am excited about as well is there is food prep and since I own a business I rarely have time to prep my meals. So happy you are in Dayton! Those chicken tacos gave me life!!!!!! Love the kale smoothie too!
