Horrible customer service! I am usually very satisfied by the quality of the smoothies but I recently purchased a smoothie that had no taste and was overly thick with kale. I called to request a replacement smoothie, and not only did the "manager" try to get smart with me, he refused to just replace the smoothie. Maybe if they were not so busy fraternizing with friends and more focused on customer service, the smoothie would've been made properly the first time.

I’ve been on the weight loss train for a little over a month now, and my trainer recommended this place. It’s the BEST! I come here at least once a week, post-workout, for the Great Scott smoothie because it’s so low in carbs. Everyone working here is super friendly and knowledgeable, but never in a way that I’ve felt intimidated. I love coming here, and I especially love that it’s so close to my house!
