We love the ice cream! But we've came three times in the last two weeks and they were sold out of cookie dough (a very popular flavor). Then we came tonight, cookie dough was finally available but their freezers were "frozen" so we were limited to 7 flavors instead of the normal 25+ flavors, which this time, my personal favorite was too frozen to serve. Seems to be a constant let down every time we come.
Visiting from out of town and had given up hope on finding a place to get my daily cortado. West Chester Coffee & Ice Cream Bar came through! Great coffee, friendly staff and the snacks looked delicious (it was hard to hold myself back from the cupcakes...)
Cute place. The girls working were super friendly and cute (I think college kids). This place didn't get a 5 because it's super tiny. Only 3 tables. I hope they can expand (maybe the basement has more space). Also it got 4 stars as it is NOT an accessible establishment. Stairs to get in front door and stairs to use the bathroom. I will return :)))
Stopped in during chili cook-off and a few times before. Always friendly people. My son got ice cream during the chili cook-off and it was outstanding. Very creamy and fresh.
