WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! 5 hrs late on the 1st appointment, eventually I ended up calling in to work cause I was hoping to get my a/c fixed. On that 1st visit, it almost seemed as if he was just trying to collect my service call fee. No communication at all!!! Never showed up to the 2nd appointment. Guy showed up 45 minutes "after his three hour service window" driving a 20 year old car. That's right, not a truck. No call and no apology. Spent 10 minutes and blew my condenser. Had cold air when he arrived and none when he left. Said he would call my home warranty company and would be about 48 hrs to get a part. When I checked with warranty company 48 hrs later, he never bothered to call. What a clown. A few weeks after another A/C guy "fixed" our system, it broke again on a hot night when we were expecting an overnight guest. (!) We made a call, and were pleased when they were courteous enough to call to say they were running late. They showed up only about 15 minutes behind schedule, and quickly began inspecting...they identified that the capacitor (which I thought was a made-up word) had nearly burst, and removed the broken part, installed a new one, and kindly, patiently answered all my uneducated A/C questions. :) I a... read more

New 4 ton unit purchased from Ice Cold Air Heating. Bruce M. Copertino Jr. ( NSCB Lic # 0063408 ) co-owner with Mother Bernadette P. Taylor are NOT someone you want to call when you need SERVICE!!! When I needed service on the unit he just sold me, he was a NO CALL - NO SHOW for 3 days in the July Heat. LIES...
