My husband called ice age air conditioning on Friday our AC took a complete dump bigger problem was we have a newborn less than a month old so having ac was crucial to us. We called everywhere nobody would come out being it was already so late on a Friday evening. Craig came out on an emergency call for my ac that I thought I had to replace a whole system Craig made it to where my stress went away it was a simple fix he was at my location within 20 minutes and had my ac up and running in no time most definitely would keep him for the future
caught the technician urinating by the ac unit ...near my kids bedroom ! Extremely unprofessional
