Uncommunicative. Unresponsive. Unprofessional. I have the “pleasure” of living in one of ICC managed properties in Oakville. ICC Property Management has been completely absent when it comes to addressing resident concerns. I’ve submitted multiple formal complaints to the property manager about persistent late-night noise from neighboring units, but not a single one was acknowledged.
