SHORT VERSION: ICC kidnapped our vehicle and made us pay for a window and work they still haven't done over a month later. And they drained our battery ruining it while our vehicle sat at their shop. Look elsewhere for a trustworthy and reliable body shop. We've had our cars repaired at ICC 4 times over the past 10 years. They are absolutely topnotch. Tony is very knowledgeable about insurance, explaining things in detail and helping you through the process. Jack is very knowledgeable about the repairs, and makes you feel comfortable that your car will be well taken care of. I couldn't help having to write this review after reading about the car that started with a \$3500 estimate and ended up to be a \$11,000 repair if I did not go through the same incident I would probably think something is shady. When I took my BMW 5 series to ICC they initially gave me an estimate of \$5600. Being in a car accident is no laughing matter and everyone knows getting your car fixed can be an equally painful experience. As a single mom I am always fearful of car guys, mechanics, and the whole car thing. I was injured in my accident and was in the hospital for a day for a broken arm.
