We made a claim five days ago about a trailer fire on our property. Yet to hear anything. The person assigned to our claim does not answer their phone and we have zero direction. We called in with our concerns and were told someone would call us in five business days. This will be a week and a half post-fire that we might receive a call. Took me a bit to post this but an excellent customer service by KATIE DOLBY (i hope i spelled her name right) . Few times i have called icbc everybody seemed to be in hurry and my problem usually gets half solved. But katie took all the time and listened and solved it. I would be definitely getting in touch with her again if needed. What an excellent lady!!
