Such an enormous scam! They advertise all over the place to HELP you and say it is ‘ voluntary’. In the end they will cut your help off because they expect a lot of money for it. This so called voluntary organisation should be investigated and stopped. They are not helping people because they are incompetent! You get someone to talk to your loved one once a week.
