Easy to deal with, super honest.
Chris was experienced, easy going and patient. I was anxious buying a used car alone but he made the process an enjoyable one. I trusted his recommendations and he was very personable. I would highly recommend iCar Encinitas.
Chris at iCars was fantastic. Not only did he help me buy the car I’ve been looking for, he made the paperwork and loan process super easy. iCars and Chris is bar far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this small well run dealership, they appear to only sell cars that they’ve inspected thoroughly to make sure they’re solid. I would buy another car from Chris without hesitation, and will consider them them for every car purchase I make.

Wow! We walked onto the lot of iCars and felt at ease. It's a small lot, BUT we didn't have a car salesman walk instantly to us and start blabbing. We looked over the Aveo shown in the CarGurus ad and when we were done with the exterior viewing Chris came out and unlocked the car and told us what he knew about the Aveo, BUT also how iCars works (made us feel comfortable about iCars Encinitas and the deal). Chris responded almost immediately. Listing was accurate. On site experience was great, he was very friendly and accommodating and I would have no hesitations dealing with icars again or recommending to a friend.
